Luna Cycle is offline-first: if you have never signed in, no account exists to delete — uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes all data from your device. If you created an account and enabled cloud sync, you can request deletion of that account and any associated synced data by emailing us.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to stoatworksdev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Luna Cycle account and include the subject line "Luna Cycle account deletion request". We will verify ownership of the account and process deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication record (email, user ID, and any linked sign-in providers).
- All documents stored under
/users/<your-uid>in Cloud Firestore, including cycles, daily logs, reminders, and settings that were synced from your devices.
Deletion from the cloud is irreversible. Data stored locally on your devices is not affected by an account-deletion request — to remove local data, uninstall the app or clear its storage from Android Settings → Apps → Luna Cycle → Storage.
Delete from inside the app
If you still have the app installed and can sign in, you can delete your account yourself without emailing us. Open Luna Cycle and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your authentication record and all synced documents in one step.
Data we retain
After deletion we do not retain any personally identifiable data. Standard server logs kept by Google Cloud (Firebase Authentication and Firestore) may persist for a short period under Google's retention policies; we do not access or use those logs.
